Holmes Family Effect Episode 2- March 16th- Think Big Dream Bigger: They help the Solid State, a talent incubator to redesign the working space into something more flexible that is suited for the young group of entrepreneurs. Holmes Family Effect Episode 3- March 23rd: One Step at a Time: They work with the Working Gear organization which supplies free clothes to low-income men and women rejoining the workforce. They got some help to improve their overcrowded office. Holmes Family Effect Episode 4- March 23rd- Hold the Fort: The Fort is a youth center located in Smithville. It gets an amazing transformation from its old and almost run-down facilities.
