Now, to begin with, this conversation was sparked whenever Kishimoto had drawn chapter 700. In Chapter 700 of Naruto, we can see ALL of the main characters and their companions/children together. However, Rock Lee is spotted with a boy doing the same exercise as him and when you flip the page we see Tenten complaining inside of her shop. Now, I have a few reasons why she could be Metal Lee’s mother and I’ll explain why now. First and foremost, Metal lee’s name suggests and foreshadows a few things. Metal is harder and more powerful than Rock. It ties into the new age feeling that Kishimoto is creating in this world of Naruto. Tenten uses metal as a part of her ninjutsu. There’s one reason he could be her son. Or again, it could be the fact that since its the “new age” metal was just a way indicate that. Anyways let’s get to the next point. he second point indicating that TenTen could be the mother is that Metal Lee’s eyes resemble TenTen. The boy never inherited Lee’s eyes. And from all the shots we have seen from him in the manga and in the anime, It has shown:

THE ONLY confirmation we have is from the databook confirming that Metal Lee is INDEED Rock Lee’s son. However there has been no confirmation of whether or not Metal lee’s mother is Tenten or some other woman that Lee had got with.
